Colonial Manor has met the criteria for the American Health Care Association’s Quality Initiative Recognition Program. This program is designed to recognize AHCA nursing facilities that demonstrate the attainment of four or more of the AHCA Quality Initiative goals.

Colonial Manor has just received completed our annual inspection with the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals. We are proud to announce that we are once again deficiency free!!

This makes us the only skilled facility in Iowa, Linn, and Johnson counties to receive a deficiency free survey for 3 years in a row and also be a 5 Star facility.

We are excited to announce that Colonial Manor of Amana has been awarded a National Quality Award from the American Healthcare Association!   Our staff is dedicated to maintaining and improving each resident’s quality of daily life.  The Bronze Award is a reflection of our commitment to quality at Colonial Manor.Continue reading
